FREE NAIA LIFE & ATHLETICS SERIES SEMINARS ON SEPT. 14
The NAIA has launched a series of seminars designed to educate student-athletes across the country with essential life skills to help with growth and development on and off the field. The next seminar begins with "Not Just Surviving, But Thriving: Your Mental Health Game Plan" and launches on September 14, 2025. It will focus on the transition period of campus life and how to navigate through the mental stress that is associated with academics, athletics and social pressures.
Join for free at 5:00 PM (PDT) via Zoom: https://naia-org.zoom.us/j/83538643512#success
"Mental health information is the number one request from our Cal Pac Student-Athlete Council," says Cal Pac Commissioner Don Ott. "I'm thrilled that the NAIA offers these free resources and I hope that every student-athlete and coaching staff will take full advantage."
Also put October 12 on your calendar for the next edition: "Supplements 101- What Every NAIA Student-Athlete Should Know" which discusses the burning questions of the use of supplements, including the rules and regulations, and the risks and the realities as well as how to protect yourself against banned substances.
Seminars for 2026 will be available soon. Stay tuned to calpacathletes.com as well as the NAIA Life & Athletics Education Series page.
There are prior sessions that are available to download or watch on YouTube. Make the most out of these available initiatives.
