Seeding Set for Cal Pac Championship

UC Merced and La Sierra gained momentum going into the California Pacific Conference Championship tournament by sweeping their final two matches of the regular season.  The Bobcats, the top seed in the postseason tournament, and the Golden Eagles, the #3 seed, play semifinal matches this Thursday, Nov. 15, at La Sierra in Riverside, Calif.  UCM will open with #4 Providence Christian at 11:00 am, and LSU will take on #2 Simpson in the 2:30 pm match.  The winners will meet on Saturday to determine the conference champion and the recipient of the Cal Pac's automatic bid to the NAIA National Championship, with Opening Round beginning Saturday, Nov. 23, at sites to be determined.
