Two Simpson Volleyball Players named as CAC Players of the Week
The Continental Conference released its first Player of the Week awards for women's volleyball and two Simpson Red Hawks, Mariah Napoleon and Brooklyn Jimenez have earned the first honors of the season.
Napoleon, a 6 '0 junior outside hitter from Eureka, CA was selected as Attacker of the Week and registered 50 kills over a four-game span in the Raider Invitational held on the campus of Southern Oregon University. She also posted a .115 hitting percentage in those games. Jimenez, a 5 '3 libero from Menifee, CA earned Defender of the Week with 42 digs, 6 assists and four service aces over that four-game stretch.
